The apartments felt like a bad assistant living home with the smell and the look of the apartment. We are definitely not renting from there. I wish I would of taken pictures."

"Alexander and the staff in the office were helpful and courteous. However, due to a busy office schedule, my tour ended up being self-guided. I feel like my tour experience would have been better had I someone to speak to during the tour and ask questions in the moment. I toured a one bed/one bath and a two bed/two bath unit."

"My daughter rented from there and after moving out, she had some packages delivered there, error on Amazon. Well I went to try to recover these packages and the lady in the office was automatically rude to me and refused to help me. I did get the package after ringing a few tenants that eventually helped me and let me in. They have very poor business manners. I also was at the pool one day with my daughter and observed at least two of the employees including a maintenance man consuming alcoholic beverages inside the pool area."
