"Overall apartments are remodel inside! Quite dirty on the entrance & smells super bad! wish tenants would be cleaner since they are always leaving trash behind! Neighbors are noisy (loud music during the weekends) outside people that DON’T live in the apartments are always throwing trash here , Not 1 bag but loads of them!! which there’s a sign that clearly says they are not supposed too! (Picture of today) Wish there were more attention to that, not to mention someone tried getting in my apartment 2 times & there was someone laying on the floor sleeping you guys should have the front door locked like any other apartments first time I’ve seen an apartment like this!!!"

"Worst MGMT experience. I called to let them know that the washers had went out of order while I had clothes in them. Told them there was still water and my clothes is soaked. They said that I could walk my clothes to a different building (in the freezing cold snow). Also, that it’s basically not their problem and that I have to call the company that owns the washers myself. Mind you I told them I was at work."

"Had some trouble getting the lease to sign because of a card issue, called multiple times. Once that issue was taken care of though the process went rather smoothly. The apartments are older but the inside has new cabinets, appliances, and carpets. Spacious bathroom. Alot of cupboard and pantry space."

"Update 07/2023: I will bring this review up to another Star based solely on the new team of Maintenance staff being very kind and helpful, working quickly to solve any issue at hand. My other options stated here are still true. 1. Rent is too expensive for how these buildings are maintained. 2. Maintenance doesn’t care about anyone but themselves and making their money. They don’t respect when tenants want to be home while they complete their work orders. They lie about completing them or ignore the request altogether. (I placed 5 different work orders this past summer to have them fix or replace my air conditioner that was broken and making pound clunking noises. Bert was very rude and made it out to be that I waited until it broke to ask for a new one.) 3. The internet we have to pay for is ridiculously expensive and doesn’t even work properly. On any given day, I unplug and plug in the router(an expensive top of the line one btw) at least 10 times a day. And we aren’t allowed any other provider. 4. They repainted the building I live in but I know without a doubt they gave the job to the cheapest quoted contractor because the paint peeled off the very next day and they also did not clean off the balconies (covered in leaves and dirt) before painting. They rebuilt some of the balconies(yet again, using the cheapest contractor) and it looks like they didn’t measure anything or want to make it look nice. I have a small dog so I had to ask the construction guy to add a piece of extra flooring because they left a giant opening in my balcony floor. 5. These buildings are very old and I’ve had to deal with black mold in my bathroom and under my toilet. I’ve had several issues in my kitchen also. 6. As a dog owner, I respectfully pick up my dogs poop as we’re required (in the lease) but when I get yelled at, in the middle of walking my dog one day… he had the nerve to tell me my dog wasn’t allowed to pee in the grass because it’s killing the grass… I can tell you that they do not take care of the grass, no watering and if they do water, the hoses stay in the same spots. Don’t blame your tenants for dead grass or anything really when we know this place is not taken care of. 7. If you are looking for a month-to-month lease, don’t move here. After your year lease is up, they trick you into staying longer for a cheaper price. The cheapest rent/month is to sign for a 15 month lease. And the less amount of months you want, the more expensive your lease. We are living in difficult times with inflation and unless you’re offering to pay my bills and buy groceries for me then the amount of monthly rent is uncalled for. Blame it on the housing market or whatever, but if you’re wanting to keep your tenants happy, maybe consider how most of us living here have to find a way to provide. So much more to say, not enough room. Do Not Move To Swiss Valley!!!"
