Ramblewood Apartments

"I would like take a moment to express my appreciation and satisfaction with the hospitality and living experience at Ramblewood Apartments. I was a current resident for 3 years. The improvements have truly enhanced the overall living environment. It's with a tinge of sadness that I reflect on the fact that we had to move, and I already miss the wonderful atmosphere at Ramblewood. One of the standout features that made our stay memorable was the fantastic dog park and trails. It's a true gem, and I doubt I'll ever find a place with such convenience for pets, privacy, and proximity to all major restaurants and stores. The thoughtfulness put into creating such amenities is commendable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ramblewood Apartments to anyone looking for a great living experience. The combination of excellent service, upgrades ( new gym, new paved roads, new windows) and unique amenities makes it a standout choice in the area. Thank you once again for providing such a wonderful living environment."

"This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a bad review & the first time I've reviewed an apartment complex I've lived in. But this has been such a terrible experience all around that I can't warn enough people in my life to avoid moving here. The story is long but to make it short: we were heavily mislead at move-in, our apartment was not at all what we were told would be and then we were basically told we misremembered what we were told. We have had many issues beyond that including car gone through, packages stolen, dumpsters are gone through on a daily basis. This is not a safe or quiet environment. We are counting down the days to move out. We have tried to reach out to management 3+ times and the manager has just blatantly ignored us entirely and the other staff has either had a bad or dismissive attitude. At this point we don't care to be in contact with anyone anymore because the lack of care has been made loud and clear and it has been exhausting trying to get any points across. I am not sure why they respond to everyone that leaves a bad review that they take complaints seriously and to reach out because if you do reach out, you get either poor treatment or get totally ignored. It's been beyond disappointing. The only plus here is the maintenance team, which has always been nice. But that is the only bonus. It's worth noting I have lived here in the past before management changed, and it was an entirely different experience then. I had a great experience the first time around which is why I recommend to my husband that we move in here. Biggest regret ever. Please look elsewhere. There are many other options at a better price. Save your peace of mind."

"I've lived here for a few months and love it here. The staff listened to everything I wanted in a new home. My daughter and I love all the trails while walking our dog! Its every quite and peaceful In the mornings we sit drink coffee and talk to all the deer around our apartment. The best part is being in a nature setting yet close to everything. The new management is really doing their work to improve the area. Definity recommend for anyone looking for their home!"

"I've been living here a year, and thankfully am leaving to buy my own home. They just replaced the common washers and dryers with machines that require an app to operate. At the time of this review, I am on my 3rd hour and 3rd two dollar payment to dry one load of laundry. Considering the amount of money I pay monthly to live here, I consider this inappropriate. The rent is only going up next lease, and the quality of life here is dwindling. My Amazon orders are reliably stolen from the common area to the extent that I just stopped using Amazon. This place is quite literally a dump, and smells like it too. It's a shame because this could be a really nice community, and management is just letting it go the way every other run down complex goes. Its too bad, its a great location. So excited to get out!"

"Spent three years here. When my roommate and I initially moved in, the carpet in the living room was literally rippling and on its last leg. Asked them to at least have it stretched. Was assured it would get done and we wouldn't be charged. That never happened, we were also charged for it when we left. Crime, drugs, it looks okayish during the day, night time is very telling. Washing machine and dryer almost never worked , which is nutty considering you paid five bucks a load of laundry. Cannot recommend this place"
