Timber Ridge Apartments

"They don't care about the condition of the complex. Our front door has been broken for over a year so anyone can walk into our building. Their isn't enough parking so you'll have to park 2 buildings away 80% of the time. They rarely answer the phone if you need something. When it snows, they don't salt the road so I saw 2 cars not able to climb the hill to leave the complex. But to really top it off, the garage doors aren't secure. I'd leave work work and come back to an open garage door with all my items exposed. Their response was a recommendation to not store any valuables in there. Last night 6 cars were broken into and 3 were in the garage. Each vehicle had the window smasnot hed in. Would highly recommend avoiding this place. I also spoke to a tenant that was told his rent was going from 1500 to 2100 and if he didn't like it, he can move."

"Setup an appointment with their digital lease agent, because you can't talk to a real person. I showed up before my appointment at 5:30, the big sign on the building says that their hours are 10am-6pm. Yet, they were closed, so not only do they not answer the phone, ever, they don't follow through with appointments and they leave early. It was not even a Friday! Thank goodness for first impressions, I should have followed suit with all the reviews on here. Not the place to live..."

"WORST PLACE POSSIBLE TO LIVE. I PROMISE. I have never been so excited to move OUT of an apartment in all my life. Management is AWFUL. From move in to move out. They’ve lost our last month of rent we used a money order to pay and now my credit has been affected. Even though THEY. LOST IT. And they refuse to take responsibility for their own actions in losing it. The walls are thin. The complex is relatively dirty with over flowing trash and people feeding animals so there’s always rotten food on the ground (the deer don’t eat it) The hallways into the building STINK. They smell like rot and decay. For four to six weeks when we moved in wewe were COMPLETELY without power in our bathroom and guest bedroom. We showered in the dark for nearly two months while our calls were ignored. Our dryer broke the first time we used it and it took us three weeks to get it back. We started fixing our own issues from that point forward if we could. Noise complaints about neighbors went on deaf ears. This place is NOT worth the money. Even with the “upgrades” they claim they’ve don’t to the units. The pictures online are completely false as to what you can expect. UPDATE: they lost our last month of rent we paid on a money order, and since we no longer have a receipt they have told us we are out of luck without it. So when you move out take pictures of your check/money order, keep the receipt for a month or so. Don’t let them STEAL from you like they are from us."

"My fiancé and I have lived at timber ridge for the last year and have been extremely pleased with everything. The staff have been nothing but helpful, and Garrett from the leasing office has made our time living here feel very welcoming. One of the main reasons why we’ll be renewing our lease for another year!"

"I’ve been in my apartment for almost a year now the apartment was spacious and clean when I moved in. I love the porch that comes with each apartment. The office staff has been fast with responses and understanding. I definitely recommend this complex, I’ve had a great experience thus far."
