Oak Valley Apartments

"I lived in building 2935 Oak Valley Ave in this apartment community for 4 years. In the time I lived there the location was the only good thing I have to say about the place . The units on the ground level on the back side of the building floods when it rains , there's a spider problem the heating system doesn't work properly the maintenance staff is slow to fix anything at best the quality of the work is equivalent to that of a 12 year old. When you inquire about a maintenance concern the maintenance staff they give one sorry excuse after the other . The heat never worked properly even after the boiler system was fixed. The slider door to the patio would collect moisture in between the double pane windows which caused a haze you could barely see through. Several of my neighbors in the building experienced the same problems I did, they don't speak up out of fear of backlash from the Green management. I hope Green property management realizes that my intentions of this review is constructive criticism and not an attack on them."

"I’ve lived here for several years and while it’s had ups and downs I believe the quality of your experience will be what you make it. I was in an apartment for a couple years that had several issues that would be more involved to fix, and I didn’t want to have to deal with the inconvenience of moving at the time. Once I asked to switch units the property manager was kind, reasonable, and helpful. She understood the issues with the apartment I was in at the time and was more than willing to find me an available apartment within the complex. All of my emails were responded to promptly and addressed any questions I had about the move. I walked through the unit I was moving to twice, any concerns I had during the first walk-through were addressed by the time I did my second walk-through. I’m happy with my new apartment, and the property manager’s professionalism and expertise contributed greatly to a good experience. The area as a whole is ok, your right off of 28th street which can be good or bad. You are really close to everything but it does get quite busy at times. The tenants here can vary quite a bit but are mostly good, I haven’t had a bad experience but parking is limited so it can become sparse during the weekends. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex as it is competitively priced and in a reasonable area. I can only suggest that you are thorough in your apartment inspections and honest about your concerns. Throughout this moving process I’ve seen that all reasonable concerns can be addressed and the property manager will do her best to help you make the most of your time here."

"Do not live here. I've been here nearly 5 years and each year it gets worse and worse. The owners and management are all incompetent of their jobs and incapable of finding decent people to live in their buildings. The maintenance workers won't actually fix things for you either. My neighbors have gotten more and more inconsiderate with each new person. You'll see people smoking where they shouldn't and I just had a neighbor shooting fireworks out of their apartment onto my patio. This place used to be worth it when it was owned by the previous company but from what I've seen and heard, I would never live at any Green Property Management location. I could say so much more but will leave it here. Do not live here."

"Carpet not tacked down. The bathroom tub and sink are blue. I live in the 2nd floor with a.c. unit and it's terrible hott. I can not use the oven it's has and does not seal around the door. The bedroom is good size.. Lots of closet space. Just needs a little renovation and would be perfect. I took over a sub lease which these things should had already been fixed!! But over all not a bad place.. Quiet when you do see the neighbors they are friendly!!"

"Awesome location, reasonable rent, and great service! I cannot stress how much I enjoyed my time at this apartment. For starters, the location is super convenient, right off 28th street but nestled quietly in the woods. It's only a short drive to downtown from US-131, so that was very nice. I loved the layout of my one bedroom unit, the kitchen was sized right, and the living room was large and open. The laundry room was always kept clean and free of clutter. Snow removal was prompt and quick during the winter months. Any and all maintenance requests were answered in a timely manner and the workers were very nice and courteous. And that's not to mention how great the office staff is! All my questions were always answered in a timely fashion , and I always felt comfortable bringing up any concerns or problems that I had to the staff. Overall this apartment complex has something to offer everyone. Convenient location ,awesome setting, friendly staff, and a fair rent rate makes for a must see option in Wyoming! -Mike"
