Springs at the Reserve

"I’ve had the pleasure of residing in Springs at the Reserve for three years now and it has truly been a delightful experience. From its peaceful ambiance to its convenient location, this complex has exceeded my expectations in every way. Situated near everything I need, from grocery stores to restaurants and entertainment venues, makes everyday life a breeze. Of course, none of this would be possible without the exceptional property staff and maintenance team. From the moment I moved in, they have been nothing short of fantastic. Always friendly, approachable, and professional, they go above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met promptly. Whether it’s addressing a maintenance issue or simply offering a warm greeting in passing, their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Speaking of maintenance, I’ve been consistently impressed by how efficiently they handle any issues that arise. No matter how big or small the problem may be, they respond promptly and resolve it with precision. Special thanks to Aaron for consistently going above and beyond to ensure the residents feel valued and well taken care of. His dedication and professionalism are truly appreciated, and he exemplifies the exceptional service provided by the property staff. Thank you, Aaron and the entire team for making living here such a wonderful experience."

"After now having lived here for four months, I feel I can leave a fair and just review. The good: It's a gated community. Everything is still relatively new. The appliances are all new and stainless steel. It has a pool and a gym. It's one of the only places I could find that would allow my husky. It has two dog parks! The maintenance team is phenomenal. As is Shaiday (sorry if I spelled this incorrectly) as she's my favorite person to talk to at the office, and I genuinely feel I'm not just a face to her. She knows me by name. The garage is heated. The bedroom has a ceiling fan! (Never knew how much I needed this in my life) The office has drinks and suckers on hand which our children love. The bad. The gates are almost always broken and usually just a hassle when you're trying to get to work but they're being worked on. The appliances are electric. Eww, not fun to cook on. But that's personal opinion. The dog parks are overrun by feces. And most times the gate is broken and the park is a mud pit. Nobody cleans up after their dog here. They don't even clean up after themselves. This place has a ridiculous trash valet to pick your trash up and take it to the dumpster. Huge waste of money. The people who drop off their own trash because they can't wait leave it piled everywhere as they can't figure out how to use a trash compactor. Or maybe it's laziness. This is the third time I can recall this same building having issues with its fire alarm. It's been going for 20 minutes at 230 am. If you're a light sleeper like me, you'll be on here leaving a just review. Lastly, as if rent isn't expensive enough, you'll tons of nickel and dime charges on top of that. Granted I'm old, and haven't lived in an apartment in decades. So I was sticker shocked when these are way more than my mortgage on a 4 bed 3 bath. And water, gas, sewer, and trash after extra fees. As are pest control, random convenience fees, and apparently paying the electric bill for the office. (Just a tiny 88 cents a month thankfully) And that heated garage I can't believe wasn't built with a drain. What a mess when you get home and the snow and ice melts everywhere. I like the staff. But it's just an apartment. We'll see if I'm feeling more cheerful as the warmer weather comes, and I'm no longer sick, and I don't hear a fire alarm. I'm really torn between 3 and 4 stars, did I mention that fire alarm? I think I'm going with three for now."

"I just recently moved here and I'm so glad we picked Springs at the Reserve! Everything about this place is amazing, Shaiday made our process of moving so easy she will answer any questions you have and always go above and beyond! One of my favorite things about the springs is they are a gated community makes me feel very safe. :)"

"I’ve lived here for about 3 months and the staff has been incredible. The maintenance guys are all so friendly and helpful but Dan went above and beyond and helped me clean out my garage after I let it boxes pile up for way too long. I’d recommend living here to any of my family and friends for the customer service alone."
