"Amazing people. They take care of you. They keep the grounds superbly maintained. In the summer the lawn people keep it looking amazing and in the winter the plow truck get the snow every time. Maintenance personnel arrive promptly no matter what the problem. They have a real 24-7 maintenance line and if you need help with an emergency regarding a maintenance issue they will send a guy out in the middle of the night no matter what day of the year. Neighbors are amazing! Plan this to be a great experience. Most neighbors have a strong economic background and only good people stick around. Very safe and enclosed so that strangers cannot wander in there by accident. Has a full basketball court. Amazing layout for 2 bedroom apartments. Although not modern, definitely a great buy for the price near schools, highways and supermarkets!"
