"The lady in the office is extremely rude. She was absolutely no help and she was very disrespectful on the phone. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. People like that don’t deserve to be employed with working with the public. This place should be ashamed to have an employee like that."

"It's a good place if you need a house right now in Gaylord. However, you must be ready to have the rules changed or teeaked in some way each year. If you keep your yard clean, this normally isn't an issue. I have heard that you are now responsible for your own repairs as well now (I do not know this first hand, I've been told by family memebers), so I would ask about this upon lease signing. This place is usually one with availability in a town where there is not much available. The pros and cons are about even. I wouldn't suggest making this a forever home kind of spot."

"High prices for alot of trailers that aren't worth it. Everytime you dont have a reciept for rent the person who wroked the office would claim you didnt pay amd I had numerous neighbors tell menthe same thing hapoened to them. Also they do not like to do their maitnence that is inclided in your rent. You pay for things to be fixed. It took 6 months to get my sink amd dishwasher fixes. Instead of fixing garbage disposal they jist took it out amd did not replace it amd put in anothet used dishwasher that still didnt work and flooded my floor. 2 years and Never got that or the plumbing issues fixed. But if u miss rent even if half your home dont work they are real quick to take you to court. Especially if they knw u are young and dont know all the laws about keeping copies of the maitnence paperwork etc."

"They continue to raise rent without any improvements to the park.. The roads are garbage and they need to do more about controlling people speeding in here.. They do have the 3 strike rule but doesn't seem to get anyone evicted.. Rules need to be enforced more than they are.. Lived here for 6 years and nothing changes but the price of rent.."

"The place isn't bad but the management is ridiculous. Can't get any communication or things done. Messes up on your money multiple times when it comes to rent.. love the house just ya not Nathan."
