"UPDATE: April 5th 2023 They will come and knock on your door at 10 pm to collect your rent, even during the three-day grace period each month. However, they failed to notify the tenants that the gate to the parking lot would be blocked. There is only one gate in the parking lot, and it's the only way in and out. This morning, two workers were blocking the gate and said it would remain closed until 11 am or noon. Can you guess how many people missed work today? I recently received a text message from the management company of my apartment complex, stating that utility bills will now be doubled without any explanation. As a result, residents can now expect to pay over $250+ for their utility bills. I am extremely disappointed with this sudden increase and the lack of information provided by the management company. I have no idea why this change was implemented or what it is based on. I would appreciate more transparency and communication from the management company regarding this issue. As a resident, I believe I have the right to know why my bills have doubled and what the new rate is based on. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with this situation and would not recommend this apartment complex to others until this issue is addressed and resolved."

"This review is long overdue but I lived here when it first opened. Carol is hands down the nicest building manager I've ever had. The Maintenence is prompt and friendly. We had one issue with our dryer at one point that took a while to resolve but they allowed to use the model unit dryer during that time and gave us a discount on our rent the next month for our troubles. It's a beautiful place that I'd still live in today had I not moved out of Cleveland. I was always obsessed with sparkles in the counters in this place. This building is also a great wheelchair accessible option! Which is really rare. I must also mention that Carol went above and beyond when my fiance and I broke off our engagement. Due to my disability, we made a difficult decision to live together until my service dog was fully trained and it was safe for me to live on my own. Carol helped us move into a two bedroom unit during this time and really helped make that process as painless as possibly which I am really grateful for. I cannot recommend Carol and this building enough!"

"Love it! There is a washer and dryer in the suite which you don't see often for this price! Beautiful counter tops!. Management is WONDERFUL!! Always responds to maintenance requests timely and my packages are safe when I'm not home! Will be staying another year!!"

"This apartment is modern and new with full sized washer/dryer in unit. There is outdoor or garage parking for an additional fee, and is very conveniently close to the Healthline bus stations if you work at UH, Cleveland Clinic, downtown, or Case Western. There are 4 floors with elevator. There is also a trash chute on every floor, or trash can be brought down to the garage. Building and apartment access is secure and via a single keyfob, which is really convenient not having to carry a bunch of keys around. Maintenance is very easy to reach and he is prompt. There is hand sanitizer on every floor and they have temporarily closed the 2nd floor gym due to COVID-19. I had no issues with pests, though I did find some very small white bugs occassionally (snow fleas?), likely coming through the window even though I was on the 4th floor. Cons: The heating/air conditioning unit is quite loud and took some getting used to. Also the walls are thin and it's very easy to hear noisy neighbors or anyone talking in the hallway. I had a loft unit and the loft got hot in the summer and cold in the winter and the heat/AC didn't reach too well there, so I just ended up living downstairs instead. After I left, I did receive my deposit approximately 40 days after moving out, with no deductions. I did have to bug Carol about it though which I wish I didn't have to do, but I did receive it in the end. Otherwise I felt it was a safe, clean, and acceptably priced apartment with good parking and washer/dryer in unit, and would definitely recommend it if you work along the Healthline."

"Carol (Manger) did not follow state laws by sending a complete list of deductions that were taken out of me and my roommates security deposit. Carol will not answer emails about the matter and will say she doesn’t know which department handles it. Carol also moved tenants into the apartment before our lease was up and didn’t even inform us or offered us a prorated rent. Carol seems really nice in the beginning but horrible service. I normally don’t do this but I do not recommend living here."
