"HUD Senior subsidized housing for 60+ and disabled. 1 & 2 bedrooms, half w balcony half not. Most odd heating and air conditioning systems for each apartment. The management staff are up to all kinds of means to pull in extra money for the company, which even means cheating you out of your rent, overcharging you for rent, most especially if you use money orders to pay your rent. Owners management company is a criminal Enterprise."

"Abundant roaches and bedbugs, even in the hallways. No security staff. Vagrants living in the stairwells and harassing tenants. Maintainence workers enter apartment units without notice. That balcony view almost made it worth it. But I have my limits."
