"Air conditioning hasn't worked for 10 months. Multiple maintenance requests submitted....no responses. Even the property maintenance/landlord? guy has his own separate window AC unit, clearly showing the fixed installed unit doesn't work. Many issues here, not worth wasting your time with. Find somewhere else. This has been a terrible 11 month experience."

"a exterminator came into my apartment and took pictures of HOLES that mice have left and also let us know that the whole wall should be cemented for what they can do is only temporary and also took pictures of how the mice dug under the carpet and also how there was a passage way leading from outside into our apartment from under our tub. Multiple people are complaining so I guess we all dont wash our dishes huh they are complaining about mice even roaches and bed bugs who are in different apartments. also the exterminator let us know next door to us their maintenance room is another way the mice come in....Please take note on how they respond to their tenats word of mouth come visit please Youre working on the heat ?? but we didn't receive one email but we just received a email threatening us to call the cops if we smell weed or we will also be guilty guys this management is a joke I would love to see you instead of calling the number you left. We are still freezing cold using the shower to stay warm. theyre also leaving new management under post when theyre worst then the old management"

"It doesn't deserve one star. By the end of our stay, rats kept poping out left and right, plus mold all over the bathroom ceiling, worst part is management new directly about it and chose to Do nothing. Apparently they sent our deposit money and "it got lost in the mail" we are still waiting on our deposit money. Terrible service. If you have kids I do not recommend you choose this place at all and if you are alone and have no other choice I suggest you buy rat traps."

"They Are Scam Artist. Before signing your lease ask if you are agreeing to a prorate. They messed up my lease and refused to give me my security deposit even after withholding the lease agreement by paying the total of our term. Be careful because they also have thieves in the buildings my laptop was stolen and they did nothing about it, didn't even review the cameras. They also have exterminations about once a week because someone has whatever pesticide in the building. Overall horrible you get what you pay for don't sign a lease."

"This apartment seemed very promising upon moving in, and dont get me wrong the apartments are nice looking, fancy sinks, big closets etc. Biggest concern is property management. The current onsite property manager micromanages every single little thing. Shes very rude and has the worst customer service. I have issues dated over 1 year that were promised to be fixed and still are not fixed. No improvements have been made yet every time the lease is up they want more money."
