"I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and the management needs to be taken over. There is no one in the office for the most part. The maintenance doesn’t get paid enough so they only work a couple day out of the week for like 3 hours during the day (which the apartments have several problems). There are no cameras in the parking lot, and that’s a safety issue because I’ve been harassed several times. The laundry machines don’t work half the time so I go to my parents house to do clothes. The only good thing is the neighbors. I just haven’t moved because as a single parent this is my best viable option because of the cheap rent."
"Photos look really nice inside. Outside of the complex doesn't look presentable. Drove past a few weeks ago on a Wednesday and I seen a sign out on their front lawn "OPEN HOUSE TODAY" so I called the number on the office and asked the lady (leasing or manager) where the open house is. She said "oh we aren't really having one" Instead, she wanted to make an appointment to see a unit already rented out. The days she was willing to schedule a showing was days I have to work. What is the point in advertising an open house then?"
"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This is the projects of Parma Hts. I moved at the end of my lease. Gave notice, left apartment clean, they still kept my deposit saying they don’t have written notice from me. Even though it was the end of my lease and I told property manager I was not renewing my lease. Cherry on top they charged me $100 extra for month to month lease even though I moved out."
"This place is literally a joke and a scam. Previously lost my rent 3 months in a row found out they where giving it to another person's account. Awful management don't even know where to start I've been here for 4 years and saw at least 5 different managers come and go maintenance is non existent had a water line break and flood my bathroom called the emergency number over 30 times no call back to this day weeks later had to track down the manager and tell them only to get attitude and blown off till later in the day . Money orders got stolen they try to make the tenants track them down and find out where they went . And now there kicking everyone out who has been here for awhile to remodel and charge way more then what's it's. Worth BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND STAY AWAY !!!!!!! NEIGHBORS AND PROPERTY ARE DIRTY AND LOUD"
