Clifton Park & Clifton House Apartments

"I've lived here for 6+ years. Loved it here until Corporate took over 2023 "Integrity Realty Group," and it went downhill! Good luck with having a functional washer or dryer or the public area getting cleaned. If you have friends, come over, parking is horrible! Vistor parking is only 4 hours, and they WILL tow your car. And street parking sucks in the wintertime. Either have to walk a few blocks for a spot or have to move your car because of the street parking banned at certain times. The main reason I'm not renewing my lease is because of cockroaches in the hallway. I talked to another resident, and they had the same issues on their floor, too, and management is useless. I would look elsewhere.!"

"This is an awful experience. I live in Clifton Park apartment house and as soon as I moved in I have noticed smell of cigarette smoke! I contacted several times the maintenence, the manager Holly Cicero. They sent an email to all tenants about smoking being prohibited, but obviously nothing changed. I complained more, but they just don't respond to my rmais and maintenance requests!!! I contacted a regional manager Lynn Moran and she just doesn't respond to the emails too. So unprofessional!!! I have to suffer in this smoke filled apartment and pay for it, this is the most horrible renting experience I have ever had!!!"

"I lived in Clifton House (the smaller property to the east of Clifton Park) from August 2020 to April 2021. It's in a great location and very affordable. Lakewood and Detroit Shoreway, two of my favorite areas in Cleveland, are really close. You can walk to restaurants, a grocery store, a gym, and a drug store. The staff were generally helpful. Beware that there is a train that passes through at night occasionally. It's not unbearably loud but something to be aware of. Also, don't live in the 2 apartments on the ground floor. The windows are on the parking lot (including a massive window in the shower) and you can hear all the lobby noise. The kitchen and bathroom in my apartment weren't in the best shape, but you get what you pay for I suppose. The parking lot spaces were tight, even for my small Accord. Overall, I would recommend living here."
