"I tried to be patient (over the past year) with maintenance and completion of various issues including lawn service; services which are included in rental. Prior maintenance request although minor took several weeks to complete and close out. Nevertheless a negative review was withheld as it was understood that supplies were not available. However, my patience was running short until: I presented a maintenance report yesterday 01/31/24 and Yovani, Director of Maintenance came immediately today 02/01/24 which is in the 24hr timeframe requested. He did an excellent job of repairing the issues as well as explained the source of the problem. Yovani fixed the problem skillfully and without further concerns. Thank you Yovani for completing maintenance work that should’ve been completed months ago."

"These rental houses do not get any stars from us. We have been waiting for months to hear from anyone from management regarding the lack of care our property has received. The lawn has not been mowed and no one can give us answers from the office. I have never seen any pest control companies. This company is ripping people off with the amount of money they charge for the rent. No one from the front office will help you and they don’t call anyone to address our issues. Please don’t even put a response on this review, Kinsman pointe. I’ve already called the number multiple times that you are going to put in your response."

"I have been trying to keep myself from putting a negative review but after today I’m just done. We have been waiting for over a month to have our backyard mowed which we are continually charged monthly for. We are also charged monthly for maintenance services which we haven’t gotten either, every request is meet with no communication except for a generic text that parts are awaiting…I’ve requested for pest control and mold that is growing in my bathroom. Communication within the community from management doesn’t exist once you sign your lease. This is our first experience renting a house and granted the house itself is the perfect space for us but everything else is lacking. We are paying way over market value for mediocre quality customer service."
