"If I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor rent else where this complex got bought out and only cares about the money. Not worth $3200 for a town home with absolutely 0 amenities. People have been living in these apartments for years and all because big corporations like ZRS only care about making a pretty penny pushing everyone out."

"They charge you $30 to use the portal TO PAY for rent. Makes zero sense. It’s a “convenience fee” to PAY THEM my rent. Anyone that lives here should NOT use the portal under any circumstances."

"RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Lived here going on 15 years and this will be my last YEAR HERE. 2 investor from TN brought it and is raising the rent to 2215 a month. It not worth 1,200 a month. Termites in the walls in the whole apt,black stuff falls out between the 2 piece tub walls. and floors so thin. The down stairs neighbors can be heard with just normal talking. Red Spider in the bathroom and kitchen no matter how much you spray for them. They are making cosmetic changes but the bones are rotten ZRS is the new management company and they have more negative reviews more then positive! Your have been warned!"

"Update to my post 7 months ago. I moved out when my lease was up and I'm so glad I did!! Cause those apartment are not worth upwards of $2,000 a month. You have a big termite and spider problem. No cockroaches cause that is how big of a spider problem you have! The termite are in the walls and in the trees that are in the courtyard. You can't leave the patio door open cause they fly in. I killed hundreds. The orkin man said that if they were going to get rid of the termites that EVERYONE WOULD HAVE YO LEAVE SO THEY CAN TENT THE PLACE!!! And ZRS is a big heartless corporation they don't care about anything but making money. I feel bad for all the older people they are about to push out of here. Hell has a special spot for you ZRS!!!!"

"It was bad before bugs animals in the attic area and unprofessional management. Then the place gets sold. Fire everyone which was understandable but they slam the portal shut. Notified in an email 12/28. No more automatic payment. Looks as if they are trying to make people late payers so they can kick them out and raise the price. The price increase IS coming They are starting to put lipstick on this pig"
