"I have lived at Promenade at Edgewater for 3 plus years now and I do not have any plans to leave either! First of all, Location, location, location!! 2 blocks from the water, 15 minute walk into downtown Dunedin, a block to the pinellas trail, and Baseball in our front yard!! The office staff, Angela and Aleasha are wonderful and reponsive to any needs that I may have on an administrative level. Larry and Travis are thee best maintenance staff anywhere!! You guys are Rockstars for sure!! You should live here too!"
"I moved into a renovated apartment. There were still things that needed to be done that had not been completed. Travis took care of all those tasks quickly and efficiently. The Office staff was incredible. They provided superb customer service and truly cared about my needs and making sure they were met."
