"Moved here in April 2023 and absolutely love it! Without a doubt my favorite place that I've lived. The amenities are fantastic and always in good working order. The staff and team are responsive and always working to make the residents happy. Location is perfect and there is always something going on! I love walking to the pier for sunsets every night! Very excited to spend my first festival season in Dunedin and be in the center of the action. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to live in a modern, new complex in the heart of Dunedin!"

Sally (manager) and her staff do an excellent job of servicing the tenants needs from move-in to daily living to security they pay attention to every detail. The Artisan Apartment living is truly first class. Very happy to be living here."

"I feel so lucky to have been able to move in and live at the Artisan! We moved in nearly a year ago and everything about the Artisan is fantastic. Great location, high quality apartments, awesome amenities. Sally has also been very helpful from the moment we met her to moving in! She truly cares about the Artisan and the people who live here. She is the best manager we’ve had at any apartment! We’re so happy to call the Artisan our home ❤️"

"My husband and I have been residents of the Artisan since the doors were first opened. Our experience here has been wonderful. We consider ourselves fortunate to live in a beautiful, small town in one of the most desirable rental locations. The staff here could not be more attentive or professional. Any issue or concern is met promptly and to our satisfaction.The maintenance crew is top notch and they are always so friendly and considerate of our home. My husband and I feel that one of the reasons we continue to reside at the Artisan is because of the pristine condition in which it is kept. The interior as well as the exterior are closely monitored by Sally, the property manager. Polite, professional, meticulous and considerate, she is an asset to the Artisan."

"I was among the first to move into Artisan and lived there for 3+ years. I will sum up my 1 star in the following categories. Location 5/5 stars - Dunedin is an amazing town. Nothing but positives. Building 2/5 - they rushed this building together in the beginning, delay after delay, and we felt that over the years with extremely cheap products. Replaced thermostat 4x, hot water heaters, constant broken washers/dryer, needed brand new floors, multiple pant updates, cracks on literally every wall, insane humidity, nail pops, moldy windows, and more. You’re paying a premium for generic materials, absolutely not luxury inside these apt. We submitted over 100 issues in our time and eventually just stopped. Maintenance- 5/5 stars - Johnny and his crew are phenomenal. The only true professionals here, Which is a good thing, cause you will see them often. Property Manager 1/5 stars - the worst part of this building. Nasty, aggressive, rude, invasive, untrustworthy, and basically the opposite of a customer service professional. Many people who lived there would routinely use the outside stairwell to avoid any contact, or sit in there cars a few extra minutes to avoid contact. We were lied to on multiple occasions even with text/email proof, which we still have. We witnessed first hand how rude she would be with residents and guest. We also witnessed her passing rumors around, so please keep your personal life to yourself unless you want them publicly shared. The ongoing joke here was if you want to survive without issue, you better find a nice gift to keep her happy. You will also find a very specific demographic because she will only let a certain group in. I saved this review for a year after leaving because 1) after I left I felt so much peace and just forgot that it was her that ruined living there for me and 2) I was 100% certain any negative review while still living there would result in immediate and aggressive retaliation. This building could be a strong part of the wonderful Dunedin community but I fear it will never be with Sally as the face of the Artisan. Again, I lived here for 3 plus years and left on my own. I can back up my claims with text, emails, docs, photos. I also raised my concerns to other higher level personnel associated with Artisan and met with “it is what it is.” We maintained a detailed spreadsheet of all interactions and I recommend you do as well.
