Beltrees Plaza Apartments

"Worst place we ever lived. We love living in Florida then we moved here and realized Florida's not that great because of this place. Manager walks around like she owns the place the few days a week she actually works cuz she also works for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Owner doesn't care and lets her do whatever she wants guaranteed he comments and says I never even lived there which I did for a year. Now that we've moved into a different state we realized it was just that place between the rats the roaches poor management the maintenance that does nothing except try to hit on the women that they go and help out with and we have proof through text messaging this place is a joke"

"Update: Going on my 3rd year here!! You don't know what you're missing!! The best thing... I can hear the ballgame from down the street & we have the best view of sunset every night, sunrise every morning! I have lived here almost a year and to be honest, we are a hidden gem!! There are Great families that live here, we have clean common areas and the most relaxing pool and a BBQ spot in the shade! You have a problem and request maintenance, they are there within a half hour and take care of it."

"I have lived at Beltrees Plaza for almost 10 years. The size of the apartment, and the layout is what drew me here. Maintenance is very good about addressing any issues that may arise. The neighborhood for the most part is very quiet. Love the location to downtown Dunedin and location between 2 beaches. I have seen many management changes during my time here and Natalie by far has been the best by far. She always listens, goes to bat for you if needed and seems to genuinely care about the property."

"We moved into these apartments in October of 2020. The staff was very helpful on getting us in. We even have a Service Animal that is Registered. The apt was not clean when we moved in and was told it was just not to "Our" standards. The owner was there and immediately got the appliances changed(there were mouse droppings in the refrigerator and replaced the bottom cabinets. After that no problem. Towards the end of our lease, the Manager, Natalie, told us we were great tenants and our rent would be going up with a good tenant discount. Had an issue with a neighbor and had a meeting with them and the manager. 3 days later got an email saying they were not renewing our lease. They will say things to make you happy but professionalism with the property manager is on her terms. I have no problem telling the truth about issues at hand. If you want a cheap rent for a 1970's apartment then go for it. And yes the pool is great but that's about it....."

"These people bribe their occupants for good reviews to mislead others. Maintence & overall cleanliness is absurd, always have had roaches & mold. No working appliances. People are nice but this place is trash. Don't waste your time coming to the office, they have no ready on hand paperwork or layouts, they'll just refer you to website. One star. Nothing dishonest about this review, been apart of the community for years & happy to be out! (Please refer to photos considering they state I was never a resident)"
