"Rent increases by 20.00 each year, the only thing the management has done was paint the outside apartments. Grass is dead or non- existent at each apt, it’s all grey sand or weeds. Screen doors cheap and flimsy, If you plant scrubs in front of your property, you MUST maintain them."

"I called this complex looking to relocate from MI. I informed by the rental manager that I had a bankruptcy but my new credit was good. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem, that they would just charge a bigger security deposit. They asked me to send a check in the amount of $40 to cover a background and credit check. Then I was denied for my bankruptcy. They just wanted my check and didn't care about renting to me!"
