"Rooms are good, views are amazing, service was great, however, they apparently signed us up for some sort of vacation time share club cold calls without our knowledge and when confronted didn't seem to know what we were talking about. Later they acknowledged it."
"I had a delightful time staying here for 3 days. First night was a light up bicycle parade, second day was Mardi gras and Park festival during the day with parade later in the evening. And then Sunday was super bowl. All were very easy to get to from this establishment. It had a very lovely view from the tavern downstairs and I swam in the heated pool with jacuzzi."
"This is an overpriced hole in the wall. There’s absolutely nothing special about it. I’ve stayed in Holiday Inn’s that are nicer. Literally, the worst showers that I have ever come across in my whole entire life. The showers are just filled with mold, and the hot water doesn’t even get hot. Everything is completely outdated. I booked this as a little vacation with my husband for a wedding anniversary and I honestly just wish I would’ve stayed home. It gave me nothing but a headache. There was zero relaxation to this vacation."
"Amazing surprise. Got on Expedia last minute and best deal ever. Office personnel is young and very accommodating. Hot tub was great and we didn't know we would have one. Excellent coffee Keurig, games and books in office. Check in is 4 but I got in at 2. We had 3rd floor and loved having a balcony and full kitchen."
"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms need a little updated and the window air conditioner units were noisy but did their job. Enjoyed the split balconies on the room. The tiki bar was a bonus for drinks and beautiful sunsets. Overall a good experience!"
