"Nice hotel, not super noisy with a small quiet pool area. Nice bar area and the two times I’ve stayed they have live music. Within a few minutes drive several restaurants and shops. Nice. Safe area. Will return"

"Headline: the Fenway is a cool little historical hotel that is way too expensive for what it is. Pros: - Staff is great! Very helpful and engaging. - Location is awesome to walk into Dunedin (for shops, restaurants, bars) - Sunsets were awesome! - Rooftop bar was great with great views. - Rooms were nicely upgraded. Cons: - Pool is like a clean roadside motel pool (uninteresting, no view, limited seating) - Ammenities & rooms were lacking - you have to pay to use bikes for longer than hour, there's no "real" desk/chair in the rooms, bathrooms are tiny, etc. - Price - much too high. It's well into a premium price range without any of the benefits!"

"The Fenway is a historic property located in Dunedin and a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. It is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The staff are very friendly and helpful, although we asked for our room's coffee service to be replenished at 10a and at 6p it was still not done. The food for breakfast is generally good, although twice I sent food back because it was not even close to hot. My chief complaint about this property is that it does meet the standards of any Marriott Autograph property I have stayed at. The rooms are especially small and drab. Old carpeting, very little art on the walls, poor pillows and bedding, the towels were not plush at all... and the cheapest toilet tissue they could find. The bathroom had one sink with little counter space even though there was at least 3 feet to the right of the sink where a small storage set of drawers would have easily fit. The grounds to the hotel are just so-so. Again, not Autograph level. I would not have minded much of this if the hotel wasn't so darned expensive. When I pay this much, I expect higher quality linens, bedding, etc. and carpeting that is not old looking."

"Cool little hotel on the water. I loved it there and will look to stay again. The rooms are really nicely done and don’t feel like your typical run of the mill room. The staff here does a good job, I stay at a lot of hotels as a Diamond Elite Member and found this stay to be a great one. I’d recommend for any event from business (my experience) or weddings, there seemed to be a wedding after party there when I was there. I’ll be back."

"Room was comfortable and attractive. The Only complaint was that the large, beautiful shower with a high shower head (appreciated by tall people) had the valve on the opposite end meaning that adjusting the water temperature was an exercise in frustration. That said, what a beautiful and interesting building and the views of the water from the ballroom are amazing! The restaurant served a very nice gourmet brunch menu and the catered meal we had was epically delicious!"
