"Be on the watch in this community because they are stealing catalytic converters from the vehicles of the residents inside the parking complex. We did a police report and they told us the community need to take care of the situation since is a private property. I went to the office and they told me sorry for the inconvenience but did not request any police report, did not asked for any of my personal information or where and when this happened. We don’t longer feel safe in the community pedestrian gates open 24/7 buildings facing the outside glass doors always open. FOB on building 5 do not work either. Please stay away from this place if you can."

"I have called the maintenance team to fix my AC at 8:30 am and I told them it’s been off since last night! No one called me or respond even though I requested a service on the website to fix my AC! I called the office 3 times and I told them I am still waiting!! All what they said: “ we will let the guy know “ 6 hours and no one show to fix it! Apartment temperature 80!! No ventilation!! 11/12 Update after 3 days without AC and the leasing office is not answering my phone now! There is no portable AC in the whole community and to fix my AC they need 7-10 business days! Also nobody call me for updates Overall I am very upset and as doctor resident or if you are busy person then look for somewhere else. As soon I finish my residency training I am leaving!!"

"If the condominium had good management it would be great. I have had a bad air conditioning for 2 weeks and they have not gone to fix it. The hallway carpets are always full of urine and poop With dogs. The office calls and they never answer. They do not solve the problems of the owners. We live here, I've been here for 3 years and whoever is the manager of the 14fifty now doesn't know how to drive. I'm looking for a way to file complaints with the state and have them come and do some inspections because if this continues like this it's going to go to ruin, and Find a good manager who knows how to handle all this. How is it possible that my a/c has been bad for 2 weeks and they haven't come to fix it? I have sent emails after emails and they haven't come to fix it, but to collect if they are good and very expensive, which is the rent. here, before I recommended people move here and the truth is today I can only say don't do it, don't move here, this will be my last year here and all thanks to Jhonatan who doesn't know how to manage the condominium I hope they change it. I'm sorry, it's nothing personal but I'm tired of not solving the problems of the people who live here. very disappointed."

"If you can stay away of this place, please do. You can hear steps on your ceiling, babies crying, people fighting, loud music etc. Walls are thin as paper. Area maintenance is bad, dog excrements are everywhere, dog park is dirty most of the time. Security is non existent, car & bike thefts, after hours unknown persons in basketball courts. The cherry on the cake, I mailed by USPS the last invoice payment with signature of person receiving the envelope. They state that it was never was received and the person signing is not their employee. Instead of calling us, they reported us to the National Credit Systems, Inc affecting our credit without necessity. We paid it, and send evidence to all credit companies so the report will be taken out and clear our 833 Credit Score that we always had. But really, will all my heart I tell you guys, skip this place, is not worth it. WE ARE HAPPY THAT WE ARE NOT LIVING THERE!!! After posting the review I notice there are a lot of people with the same billing problems. Their accounting practices are very problematic for tenants, the attitude of the person working there is rude and lack people skills, is a bully always blaming the computer system or the tenants. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!"
