"Great Place to Live really good maintenance workers. But the workers in office are terrible, & there parking towing service's are terrible too. The will tow your car people who actually pay rent & live there, they don't know who's cars their towing which is bad. I actually live here now pay rent own time for almost 3 years they towed my car 2 days ago, for not having a parking sticker on a window. And my car been on the property for a year & half, with no issues, then out of no where car gets towed. They made me missed a days of work I had to pay $130 to get the car out and had to get a ride to go get it. They didn't even offer a ride or apologize, didn't care. I see a lot of cars with no parking stickers, Just cause my car stands out its not a stock car.. Also I try getting a parking pass months ago the workers are never in the office. Then when I finally get a hold of one of them they ran of stickers there ordering new ones. We shouldn't have to chase you guys down for a sticker put it in our mail boxes or front doors of our apartments. They have my old car in the system that car is no longer here, & I'am paying for parking. We as people have lives to live & work everyday, we don't have time to chase you guys down every time someone gets a new Vehicle, you need a better system for the towing Service. They Should have info on you base on your plates if you have an address here or not, cause you might have a new car or a rental, instead of picking up people's property. I think the towing company is hurting for money & they needed a tow so my car stuck out & they got a free $130. Unacceptable..."

"This complex is stellar. The management company tries to accommodate its residents as much as possible, with some rules - like pool hours - being more flexible because they're rooted in courtesy and common sense. Maintenance is rapid...I don't have a better word for it. Office staff - Evelyn is awesome and on top of things. She is always smiling, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and empathetic. She address concerns extremely quickly. Move-in was flawless and painless. Most of the leasing stuff is done online at your convenience. All in all, it’s a great apartment complex."
