"Just moved into these apartments, have lived many different places and as far as my opinion this is one of the best apartments all around. Yes is May be alittle older of buildings, but the staff is very nice so far and it's a quite area for the most part. It is off a somewhat busy street but close to most anything that is needed. Also it's the cheapest rent in FL I have seen for a 2 bed 2 bath (Update: the vent for the air and heat in the one bedroom is a bit weird with the flow of air. It ends up being the hottest room in the apartment when the cool air is on. That's the only reason it's not a 5 star. But thats also thanks to a bit older vent design, nothing dew to faulty equipment)"

"No onsite community anything. Small playground maybe. Area is quite. Off a busy road, near a school and one block from shopping plaza. 15 minutes to shopping Mall"
