"I was very interested in living here, but they are not helpful. On the website there is a button to schedule a tour, but then it says you can't do it online so you can text them. When you text, they will send you a link back to the website that will tell you the exact same thing. Then I called to schedule a visit for a Saturday, and the man said that they aren't open on the weekends (totally fine - Google had this incorrect, but it does say they are closed on the weekend on their website so understandable). I asked if they could do a video tour on the phone with me next week as I am out of town and can't come up during the week to tour. He told me no that they won't do that. I repeated that I was very interested in living there but I can only come on the weekends and there is nothing they will do to show it to me by video. The online walk throughs are not real video. He refused to help. I am glad to know this now because if they can't be bothered to help get new tenants for their openings, then I wonder just how helpful they are of people living there."

"Amenities 5 stars, pool and grill 5 stars, safety 5 stars, gym is now open disregarding other comments and it's 24 hours 5 stars, my apartment is really cute and with a 5 stars natural light... but... coorporate needs to do something about the parking situation... I've seen every night the parking lot PACKED with cars and some of them don't have a parking permit... just today 10/17 I counted 7 cars near the 1654 building without a parking ticket... 4 stars for now because FD called me right away about the parking situation ♡ love them..."

"I have lived here for over 8 years. Despite the leasing increases, Camila has maintained the ability to keep the family atmosphere. Everyone in my building is friendly and we all help each other when needed. Whenever I have a maintenance emergency, the team is there in minutes. Bridget and Tom are available to listen to your concerns but they also take time to get to know you in a personal way. I hope that I am able to continue to afford to live here for many years."

"Great place to Live. Maintenence guys are very helpful and nice (honestly they are one of the reasons I have stayed here for 9 years) Front staff has changed over the years I have been here except Tom who is a pleasure to speak with about anything. Only moving because buying a house my mortgage is same price as rent Hike (due to new owner of property and inflation in area) $2,100 (plus trash pickup fee $25 &water $78) is way too much for a 2 bedroom apartment. (when I moved in 9 years ago I paid $800) Property is close to the loop shopping plaza and bus line so that's a plus. Great Charter school across the street for kids K-8. with amazing Teachers! It was a pleasure to live here and I will miss it."
