"DO NOT rent here! The move in conditions are good, but they don't pay for your peace. The first week I was living here, my bike was stolen, I asked for help, to check the camera and they said they weren't going to help me, I spent the summer without being able to use the pool, it was a mess, loud music, lots of drinks and dirt in the pool, the the only barbecue doesn't work and you can't have one, because there's nowhere to keep it, on weekdays when you thought you could use the pool, it was closed, because they couldn't clean it, the tennis court is destroyed, the bathing area The dogs no longer have a shower, residents use horns at 2 am, 5 am. The trash is collected at night and at 5 am, there is a horrible noise, it sounds like the truck is inside my room. And the worst of all is that there is no fine for canceling the contract, the contract says that if you want to leave, you have to pay every month, even if you don't live. There are many more things wrong with this place, the coordinators focus on what doesn't matter and forget what matters, they seem to be lost."

They give you the property without being ready, dirty, with problems and damage, they changed our unit because the one they assigned us did not have air conditioning, they give you the keys without having the delicacy or time to rectify? Look for another place to rent because there are no trained staff here to serve people."
