"Have been living here at Integra Sunrise Parc for about 3 months now and my family is really enjoying the community. When we initially moved in, we did have quite a bit of issues with appliances in our apartment but I must say, the attention the office and maintenance team gave was exceptional/excellent. As soon as we reported the issues, they were remedied immediately. Gonzalo has been super helpful and very caring to make sure we are happy with all of the fixes, which by the way have been handled on one single visit each time by him. The valet trash service is phenomenal too, always picked up in a timely manner when scheduled. The neighbors are great, no complaints and we love the amenities. We appreciate everyone here!"
