They worked diligently to complete the maintenance work promptly without compromising the quality of their work. They took great care to minimize any disruption during the maintenance process. They maintained a clean and organized work area and upon completion, they ensured that my apartment was left in pristine condition. "Halston Citrus Ridge is a very friendly community. Amenities need a little improvement. The grills haven't worked in a year and the pool unfortunately is not heated. But, overall, this is a very nice place to live. The apartments are nice and the maintenance is very good. We have lived here for over 4 years and like it."

"I’ve lived here for a year now and I’ve had a great experience. The staff have been great and accommodating. The complex is nice overall and maintenance for the most part is responsive. The only complaint I really have is that deliveries often get delivered to the wrong address, but that’s on the delivery people not reading the sign in front of the building. Glad to renew our lease here."

"It was an easy process, we’ve been trying to move from NY for a while and the apartment complex we were trying to get was just giving us a hard time to apply. Halston is beautiful we toured it back in august Thomas was our tour guide and he was amazing. Wanda was are leasing agent to apply and the process was so fast and she was so helpful!! And did a great job at explaining the process and everything that needed to get done. The process here took us a day and a half because we started it on a Sunday, while the other apartment complex it was a whole month and nothing. So excited to move in and make Halston our new home. Thank you so much"

"A fire alarm has been going off in another apartment since before 9 PM last night. No emergency response vehicles have arrived. I tried to contact our after hours emergency team but no one has responded. Yes, my sleep was disrupted because I can’t sleep through the alarm. But I’m more concerned that apparently our fire alarms don’t do anything. No response from the Halston. Add this to the reasons I feel super unsafe here. Our pool was really lovely- one of the reasons we loved the Aspect so much. The Halston has said they were going to complete a 3 week returb in January to beautify our community. The pool was closed for months. It has since reopened and they are inviting residents to come enjoy the beautiful new facilities. It is disgusting. Not clean. Old furniture is stacked around the pool. Bathrooms randomly closed with tape- dirty spa. Dirty pool furniture. I loved our pool and they have destroyed it."
