"5/12/19. Avoid! Bugs in the room. They initially offered another room. I said no bc I dont want to stay where there are bugs. Literally walked in the room was greeted by bugs, then put my bag down, then more bugs. Picked up bag and left. Would not offer refund because the maid didn't flush the toilet of when they last cleaned or the last guest. They said we used the room. He was calling the housekeeper at 1 in the morning to ask her if she flushed the toilet instead of giving me anything back. At that point I said ok I'll take another room if you walk through it with me to check it out. Counter rep refused bc he said we used the room. Unbelievable."

"Positives: It's okay if you need a place to stay in Kissimmee that is close to everything. The staff we dealt with were pleasant enough. Negatives: We paid $65 a night plus taxes 2/18/18-tomorrow morning. I thought that was high considering the quality of the place--it's an old, shabby motel. Fan in bathroom broken. No phone in room. Small TV with grainy channels and not much to watch. Rusty fridge in room. No toilet paper in room upon arrival. No hand towel in room upon arrival. Kid feet turned black after walking on carpet for a short while because it was so dirty. We all wore socks/shoes after that. No ironing board or iron available at front desk or in room. Killed a cricket and a roach in the bathroom. Quite a bit of riffraff hanging around late, but during the day everyone was nice. No room service--kind of a do-it-yourself atmosphere. We took our own trash out and got replacement bags from front office. We asked for toilet paper. We connected with staff to give them old towels and get clean ones. Our room wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there."

"Not very good. Things in the room were broke and they tried to blame my kids for doing it. Housekeeping is nice but very forgetful. The woman owner is very pleasant but her husband is mean as hell. The WiFi sucks. One good thing is there are no bugs."

"In the past it was very bad drugged out people prostitutes but ever since the new owners purchased it they have been doing a great job of cleaning up all of the nonsense.... The remodeling and the owners are wonderful but they don't allow traffic in and out they watch the cameras an get rid of anyone there for the wrong reason. I had a great time.e and will return I'm sooo happy with the change"

"We have stayed there for a month in the past. The owners are very nice and do every thing to customer satisfaction. Other than the washer and dryer not working properly everything else was great. Neighbors are very quiet, and it is a police safe place. They watch it all the time that was good. They dont have bugs at all and is very clean there. I will stay there my next vacation."
