"This is a resort condominium, that means you have to rent the apartments. It depends on the owner the quality and cleanness of the area selected. The one I found had an owner that respond very quickly. The place has all that we need to stay for several days, but I cleaned the floor and I washed all the dining ware, because it was really dirty. Beds, linen and towels were very clean, there is no bad smell because there is no carpet, but I read some comments about bad odor in some properties. We feel very comfortable in here, there is a lot of options to eat around, and a pharmacy. Very close to the parks but we weren't here for that this time."
"This place was a great, affordable place to stay with our family when visiting Orlando. It's close to Disney, Old Town and tons of restaurants. It is tucked back on a road, so you'd want a car to get around (or uber). The pool was nice and clean, though just slightly cold. The hot tub was definitely hot, sometimes a little too much (but much appreciated those cool evenings). The sandbox isn't super desirable, but my kids still enjoyed it. We used the coin laundry which costs about $7 a load total, it worked well. There isn't anyone at the front desk, but staff was around to take care of the pool area, etc. This isn't a super fancy place with a ton of amenities, but it was clean, safe and the price was great."
"Very beautiful place. Hard beds and no one in service department to help you. No Wi-Fi. It worked 1st day. After that it was off. Incredibly loud by the road"
"Traffic was noisy all Night/Day in the room. The entry door was flimsy and didn't quite shut soundly. Other than those two items we had a Fantabulous stay SO CLOSE to all the Disney Parks and Reasonably Priced."
"Rooms were dirty and run down, very cheaply furnished, no coffee or toilet paper. Host was very pushy about check out time from the moment we checked in."
