"The staff was super polite. Didn't get the promised room. Had leak in ceiling of the room I got and was moved. Many things broken. Litter in hall's and grounds. It's a no for me."

"Tub inaccessible need ladder are step stool to get in, also no rails to provide safety. Microwave was dirty upon arrival, hair strings left on toilet and in second bathroom shower and toilet."

"It’s located very close to all the parks, however it’s in a less attractive location. The place is under renovation and is long overdue for updates & upgrades. We’re here using timeshare points and exchange fees. Apparently the hospitality is very different for us! First time we’ve ever been told that we don’t share in all the benefits of the hotel guest. No continental breakfast for us! Excuse me, but we paid a good chunk of change to get our room like others! Start treating timeshare as equals or get out of the program!"

"I’ve never seen a resort or hotel that was so nasty in my life! The entire resort was torn apart. Doors didn’t work (staff said to just jiggle it and it should open), the elevator sounded like it was about to break any second, flooring was partially torn up in areas, then we got to our room and it smelt musty and mold and the bedding was wet from all the moisture. When maintenance came up he agreed that there was an issue but they didn’t have any other rooms for us to move into. We ended up checking out immediately because it was so nasty! Not to mention that the pools were green! And there was outside construction as well! I don’t think someone could have paid me to sleep there!"

"One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Not even on par with a motel 6. You can literally hear the building falling apart around you. The ice machines and washer's have no water running to them and the dryers are out of order. If you wanna try to go to the fitness center it is also closed. When I went to turn on the hot tub I found out that the electric Box wasn't really attached so when I turned the knob my thumb almost went inside the Box where I could have been electrocuted so no jets in the warm tub. Also there is a chemical smell throughout the building. Don't forget about the exposed wires when you're walking to your car. Also don't forget about the mold all around the windows and stains on the walls. Their tile floors are mixed matched and uneven. The best part about the hotel is the people are friendly. After walking into the laundry Room on the 2nd floor North side tower I had to immediately walk out because the smell of mold made me sick, not that the dryers worked on that side anyway. It's easier to find something that doesn't work in this hotel rather than something that does. The hairdryer came pre-melted. The elevators are falling apart. Also our door could be opened with anything because the doorframe is bent, at nearly a $100 a night you can do better."
