"The local stores are great - helpful staff and range of products for pool maintenance. BUT, when it comes to pool repair I DO NOT recommend. Our pool pump motor stopped working. The soonest appointment available was in 2 days. The tech came out, confirmed it was the motor and we immediately bought a new pump to be delivered the next day. We also paid for expedited shipping because he said he could come back the next day to complete the repair. After we received the new parts, we reached out to the tech who then told us we had to book directly via Leslie's. But when we called to schedule a follow-up, they said the earliest date would be 10 DAYS! Like we can really wait that long with no running pool pump, a repair job that should have still been open in their system! Ridiculous response. Of course, we will no longer be using Leslie's for any products either."

"I am getting our pool water tested at Leslie's regularly. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our newly installed salt cell (by a different company) didn't seem to work properly and I had trouble getting our water chemicals balanced, which caused algae growth. Steven asked me a lot of questions about our system, and he figured out that the controller of the cell must have been set to the wrong program, after installation. He explained to me how to correct the setting, which took care of the problem. Every water analysis comes with recommendations on how to adjust certain chemicals that are out of range, which makes it easy to keep the water balanced."

"I’ve been here twice and both times been given erroneous information as to solving an issue with the water in our pool. Even after bringing the water as instructed, they decided to keep selling me products, which were applied as directed and when asked further, the gentleman at the counter dares to tell me that they are using me as a “guinea pig”... not only disrespectful, but also unprofessional and misleading."
