"I can see when booking online they have a no cancellation policy. Upon checking in there were 2 police cars out front, a homeless agressive woman was in the lobby. Lobby was decent! room: no coffee maker, no phone, no clock radio, no toilet paper holder, Ice machines on the floors not working, water fountain not working, NO TV, NO TV This hotel is a DUMP. They charge for parking. what a rip off. The rooms should be $10/night. Fools and desperate people would stay here"
"My room was infested with roaches and other bugs i found in the bed. The tv did not work and upon requesting service they said they’re not able to do anything about it. No trash cans or bags were in the room, had to request one. No air dryer in the room despite it being a basic amenity, had to request one. When i finally got one it was the type you mount on the wall but they didn’t mount it. The lock on the door was completely broken and i was unable to safely lock the door for the entirety of the stay. They also do not disclose to you before booking that there is an additional daily service fee on top of the services and taxes you have to pay when booking until after you have booked. Although i did not get any room service- no fresh towels, no offer to clean the room. No one came by at all. Additionally there is another $100 fee you have to pay up front in case any damages happen to the room despite the room already being trashed and not functional on a basic level."
"This have been the worse hotel experience. they gave us the key of our room to find out someone there. We did not took the elevator because was disgusting the stairs have mountain of dirt they gave us another room the bed with stain the room nasty and dusty. The outside of the hotel is literally a reflection of the room. Owner please do not make a comment in this review I have seen your response to other people reviews from couple months ago and years and it’s obvious that you are not doing nothing because here I am complaining about the same thing as other. This is just an alert ‼️ to others PLEASE STAY AWAY"
"This place almost proved me wrong. Did I expect luxury for the price during snowbird season? No. At first I was like this is a fine place to spend a night before a flight. Then the morning came. I paid for a late checkout during my check in and the front desk lady was super professional. In the AM, I get an angry staff member banging on my door accusing me of staying past checkout. I politely explained I got a late checkout, no biggie. She literally came back 4 times asking if I paid?? Like what’s the point of a late checkout if I’m going to be treated like that? I think this hotel needs to take better notes and get a software system that lets the staff keep track of these things."
"My partner had to leave town a few weeks ago because his father passed away from terminal brain cancer. He had a layover in Fort Lauderdale so I insisted he take the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. An hour after check-in, he left. I tried to get him to speak to someone about it but he refused. This is just for others to see. The room was rough. Dirty tile. His towels that I assume were left for him were in the toilet. Maybe they fell?! Then come to realize the toilet wouldn’t even flush. He said he didn’t like the sound the bed made when he laid down. Felt and sounded like it had a body bag over it. Protective covering, I assume. It was almost as if the room had not been cleaned or tended to before he checked in. There were rust spots on most of the chrome or silver in the room. Also, when he booked the room he was quoted thirty dollars. Well, when he got there they said it would be sixty (hotel fees and such). But if he had known that he would have searched elsewhere. Thirty dollars in hotel fees?! Is it because it’s a vacation spot?! End of story, he ended up using the room to charge his electronics and he got out of there with a quickness. It’s just a shame given the circumstances. He said the rooms look NOTHING like the rooms featured in the gallery in their website. Be cautious with this place. I’d hate for your vacation or family time to get ruined here."
