"I am at the hotel as I write the review. Nice hotel - but not the Ritz experience I have received in other locations- and am paying for. The key word I would use is inconsistent. Major staff training needs to be implemented. As others have stated- feels like a nice Marriott."

"Stayed here for one night. Location is great as there are many restaurants within walking distance. Service and staff are excellent but the facilities and rooms are not up to par with what you would expect from a Ritz Carlton hotel. Pool area is small and the bridge to the beach was closed. The walls are thin and I can hear the conversations next room over clearly not even muffled. I would not advertise this as a 5 star hotel. This is more of what you would expect from a 3.5-4 star hotel."

"We have been fortunate to have been a Guest of this wonderful property many times. We are so happy to share that expectations are always exceeded here. While the building and rooms are truly beautiful - where the property shines is the absolutely outstanding and detail focused service offered to every Guest. On check in our rooms were not ready (note we checked in at 930AM) - but the team made a point to quickly process rooms of Guests checking out and immediately let us know once the rooms were ready (less than 2 hours). We were celebrating my birthday - and almost every staff member I interacted with wished me a Happy Birthday! Shared in the picture is a complimentary amenity offered for my birthday - including cake and a bottle of sparkling wine! Richard at the pool bar was so gracious with us - remembering what we liked to drink from a visit over a year ago - he always makes us feel so welcome here. As we were going back down with our luggage to check out - the lady who was cleaning rooms noticed we were heading out with luggage - and said that she hopes we return again. As shared - the building is beautiful and it is easy to get that part right - but getting an entire team so focused on Guest satisfaction - that part is difficult and this property nails it! Looking forward to our next visit!!"
