The Westin Fort Lauderdale 400 Corporate Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334

"If I could give this hotel a zero I would. We had a day of travel prior to arriving at the hotel. We got up to our room and discovered our toilet didn't work. We called the front desk and someone was quickly at our door to fix it. We left him in the room to fix toilet and went to dinner. After a couple of hours we returned to our room to find the toilet still not working. No one called to notify us or tell us what the plan would be. My wife went down to the front desk and was told they only had 1 available room left and transfered us to that room. The toilet worked but it was right next to the elevator and was very loud. The fridge also leaked which we discovered when slipping on the puddle in the middle of the night. Called for room service the next morning and every item I wanted to order they said they were out of. For $400 a night I expect WAY more than what we experienced in that short time frame. Also it's $50 a day to park your car there."

"The entire hotel was dirty and was completely packed with people. The room had lights that were broken and the Air conditioning vent wasn't even screwed in. They charged over 1000$ for 3 nights and didn't clean the place and had broken furniture. We were promised by our airline Delta, that we would get another Westin that, was by the beach but instead we got this one where it was over 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Reception wasn't helpful either and just expected us to figure everything out. I don't recommend this place, be careful when booking a Westin in Fort Lauderdale."

"Arrived early yesterday...dead tired from traveling. Nicole at the front desk really helped us out and was able to check us in early. We had a light dinner and some drinks at the lobby bar and Suzanne and Monica made for an enjoyable night. In this day and age its hard to find great employees and this hotel has some of them. Keep up the great experience's that these employees that we interacted with gave to us."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. We had a clean spacious room on the 10th floor with a decent view. We had called immediately as we had booked to let them know that we were celebrating our honeymoon with them! They left us strawberries and champagne in our room! And they provided us with a breakfast voucher which was wonderful the next morning. The only concern was one phone call. We felt as if someone at the front desk was slightly rude to us over the phone when we called to confirm our booking. We had noticed others had written Google Reviews about unclean rooms and bed bugs so we called to ensure that we'd get a clean room as we're celebrating NYE with them. We got a sarcastic reply saying we'll be taken care of. Once we were there, all the front desk workers were very friendly and helped us with our check in and check-out. Aside from that phone call, pleasant hotel! Also, we weren't charged a resort fee for this hotel which was amazing!"
