"Since this company was acquired by another company the service level has dropped significantly. Their technician never even cleaned our filter which we only discovered after 6 months! We also now have to have another company drain and acid wash our pool because Patriot Pools wasn't using the right chemicals and we developed a massive problem with calcium deposits. When we contacted the company to question what was going on, our calls were never returned. We can’t emphasize enough that you do not want to do business with Patriot Pools."

"I am a real estate investor who has owned four properties with pools for the better part of 15 years. Patriot Pools apparently bought out B & B Pools as well as Aloha Pools and took over service for their clients. It has been the worst experience I've ever had with a pool company. One or two of my pools have been closed by the health department just about every month since they took over and their customer service is absolutely horrible. In the year and a half or so since the merger, they've gone through three general managers who have zero knowledge of who I am or my pools. Look elsewhere!"

"Today Tyler A did a terrific job! Extremely thorough and helpful. However, last week no one serviced the pool, and the week before, the service happened on Thursday, when it was supposed to happen on Monday. No explanation was given . I expect better from Patriot Pools."

"Recently bought B & B Pools and is now Patriot Pool. Poor customer service. I’ve left several messages for Repair Manager, GM, anyone who can help me. B & B resurfaced my pool 18 months ago. The brand new pool light they installed has pool water in it, no longer works & is rusting around my pool wall near the light. Clearly not installed correctly. I’m asking them to remove the stains, replace the light & install it correctly. They keep saying someone will call me back but they don’t."

"Recently, I am having some problems with the cleaning service. The technician comes to clean my pool, however a few days later the pool had some rusty spots. Next visit the rusty spots disappeared, however the next day the pool looked very dirty. I called and sent pictures, waiting for someone to call me. Also, my pool cleaner sweeper seems destroyed by the chemicals they are adding to the pool. This is the 3rd sweeper that I buy because of that! I am very disappointed with the service."
