"After 1 year of pool construction I had a leak. after paying 3 months of $500 water bills, I hired a leak company, they found the first leak by the light fixture. Another leak 2 months later . I called Lagasse and they advised I only had a one year warranty and they do not help with anything after pool is constructed. Wow! to my surprise, I didn’t know who to call or nothing, and they offered no help at all. Then with the heavy rains we had a month ago the pool pump burned out that was $750.00. Now my pool service tells me my timer is not working!!! This not good business. Mediocre at best. My neighbor used pool builders and they have 5 year warranty. Don’t use le gases."

"LaGasse builds a decent pool, but unfortunately, they don’t stand behind their work or their contractors work. Pavers are horrible and they sent the contractor out to repair many times but never fixed the problem. LaGasse never came on site to see the problem and when the 1 year warranty was up, they could care less. Now I swim in my pool looking at sinking, uneven pavers with weeds growing out. My pump just blew after only 2 years and getting them to fix a warranty item is a nightmare. They never sent a repair person on the designated day and never followed up. I’m thinking small claims court. Use another builder."

"I've never written a review on a company I didn't use but I like to highlight how responsive LaGassé was to my inquiries and their competitive pricing. I researched for a year and Chad was always attentive to my questions and concerns. Hiring a pool company is south florida is a very difficult process and choice."

"Was really excited to start my new pool project and since I heard great things about Lagasse pools, I contacted them for an estimate. Chad Lagasse came out and we talked about what I wanted, but he was not able to give me a full quote as I didn’t want standard options. This is where communication stopped. I asked if he could provide me with exact numbers as I wanted to ensure financing was in order, so I sent emails, called, and even stopped by the show room but have yet to receive a response with my quote details. This for me is a big red flag. If I have to chase the company to get a simple estimate I can only imagine what the build process would be like. Needless to say they have lost a potential customer."

"LaGasse built my pool in 2007. Had leaks and glass tile falling off right out of the gate. Repairs were horrible and they failed to fix the leak. Pebble tech never matched where they failed to fix the leaks. Now I can finally afford the re-finishing of the entire pool and they found the workmanship to have been substandard across every aspect of the build. Granted this was built when the recession was getting started but they cut every corner, did not supervise the subs and delivered me the worst quality product imaginable. I never send back a meal or complain about products, let alone post a negative comment on the interweb but while laying out the kind of coin I am currently to fix shoddy workmanship by this company, I felt compelled. Dan LaGasse can respond if he wants. Contacting my attorney to see if statutes of limitations are elapsed because I have significant damages I would like to be compensated for. Just no excuse for this."
