"By far the most unorganized and dirties LA Fitness I've been to. It was a scavenger hunt to find two dumbells that matched. It seems NOBODY puts the dumbells where they belong and even finding two that match is a feat. The bathroom was beyond filthy when I went in there. Toilet paper all over the floors and overall disarray everywhere. I was highly disappointed in the care taken. I was there before noon so I'm not even sure how people could be so rude/inconsiderate so quickly but they managed. One day a pair of girls were spending more time at the squat rack taking selfies and setting up their tripod to film (I kid you not!) than working out. This place was pretty busy so this in itself was highly inconsiderate given there are only a few squat racks to use. I think the staff needs to get on their patrons to do their part before they lose clientele."

"I have never been here before, but I adore everything about it. Excellent and amiable customer service is provided. I feel at home here every time I walk in. The front desk staff is amiable. I adore every amenity. The lovely heated sauna and spa room are my favorite amenities because they allow me to gently rest my body after working out. I enjoy getting a protein shake or a snack from the juice bar. I would suggest that people visit this club to see what it's all about because it seems incredible."

"This is my first time coming to this location and I love everything about it. The customer service is great and friendly. Every time I walk in I feel welcomed. Front desk staff are very nice. I love all the amenities. My favorite amenity is the nice heated sauna and spa area for after my workout I can help relax my body. I love going to the juice bar to get a snack or a protein shake. Everything about this club is amazing and I would advise people to come and check it out."
