"Does stand behind outdoor furniture with parts. Island Club doesn't stand behind the products he sells. No replacement parts availability after sale if you have a problem with a product. My Island Club outdoor lounge chairs were purchased three years ago and include gas cylinders to raise and lower the back. The gas cylinder failed on the lounge chairs after light use for 3 snowbird years. Island Club said they would send replacement cylinders but didn't, when I followed up I was told I'm on my own with finding a replacement. The Island Club lounge chairs were expensive and are useless without a working gas lift / hold cylinder. Island Club outdoor furniture parts support is questionable. I will never buy from Island Club again and I would recommend you look elsewhere. The Island Club furniture is rebranded China furniture that could be ok with decent parts /service support from the importer or seller. You will not have either with Island Club."
