"This place doesn't deserve any stars period!! They wont fix anything at all...the elevator stay not working in the tower....they let anybody move in....the building stinks and the elevators stay having trash in them. They don't keep the doors locked to the building. They constantly changing management companies and the one's there now get attitudes every time you call to report a problem. been there almost two yrs and nothing yet so will definitely be moving next month."
"I lived in Crystal Lake a few years growing up. That's how long they have been around. The is last experience with Crystal Lake ruined me and I would never live here again nor suggest it to anyone. The pictures do no justice in explaining the horrific living conditions. The would only patch up the issues only making them worse. The AC leaked horrible flooding a portion of the living room which stayed flooded so long mushrooms began to grow in the living room. Continuous ant infestations in my bathrooms. Moved as soon as I found a better place!"
"These apartments are the worst. All it takes is a little elbow grease from the staff and they won't even do it! The apartments are infested with roaches. The elevator and the stairs are filthy. It's spider webs and dead bugs everywhere in the mid and high rise. It smells of piss in the high and mid rise. They never fix anything. There's grown men hanging around outside smoking weed and drinking. It's not a safe place for a family. If anyone know where I can file a complaint at please let me know. It has to be against the law or health codes. It's not fair that people spend they're hard earned money for a roach motel."
"Stay as far away from this place as you can...they sell you a great story, but once you pay your deposit & sign the lease, you are in for a rude awakening. Thank God, my mother inspection fell through. She was suppose to be moving into Crystal Lake under Sect.8, had paid her deposit($200) waiting for MHA to go do her move in inspection. They failed instantly...elevator didn't work. This review is geared more towards the customer service, or lack there of. It is now Oct 25, three months later, she's yet to receive her deposit back...they keep giving her the run around...my mother is in her early 70's, on a fixed income...people still have no respect for other people's well being. They are rude, have no idea how to run an apartment complex. Don't bother with this place."
"The absolute worst place I have EVER lived. As I write this right now there are people outside of my townhouse making loud ass noise at 11:30PM. All because of the neighbors next door! They have no consideration for anyone at all! Now from what I recall all guest have a curfew but apparently these mfs don't care about if people have to work or not. I am so over living here, I would not recommend another soul to this hell hole of an apartment complex. Not to mention you have to ask them 3 & 4 times to come fix something, after the first time whatever is wrong should be fixed!"
