"The design of the room is great, but the room itself not so good. It’s dirty and you have stains everywhere, literally. The carpets look like it’s from 30 years ago with stains all over. I sat on the floor to play with my kids and my legs just started to itch. Not to mention there was roaches in my room. It’s a great location, but they just need to do some renovating. They put 3 different kinds of towels in the bathroom. Not even a large bath towel. It was 2 small hand towels, the floor one and a medium one. Very thin. Very disappointed and will not be coming back."

"Easy access from expressway. Clean room. No heavy perfume scent covering up stale/dusty/musty air in room or hallways. All staff very friendly and helpful. I received a text after I arrived in my room to be sure everything was okay in the room and ask again if I needed anything. Breakfast area very clean. Food selections were amazing! Everything was fresh and tasted good. Michelle prepared the food and was there for you if you needed help. Not your typical free hotel Breakfast. Parking was easy access, well lighted. I felt safe outside after dark. A couple restraunts in easy walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"The rooms smelled like mildew. They put me in one room and because of the mildew smell they gave me another room that smelled the same way... The only thing that was good was the customer service and the breakfast. I had to go hunting for the ice machine and to come and find they only had one which was on the 4th floor."

"Stayed only for one night and couldn't fall asleep the whole night, the AC unit kept making loud noises on intervals so had to turn that off, our neighboring room's AC unit was also making noises so it seems the hotel staff is ignoring the underlying issue. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the water wouldn't drain at all. After check out mentioned the issue to the front desk, didn't feel like the staff cared enough about their guests. I would say find accommodation somewhere else but here if you are looking for a comfortable stay and sound sleep!"
