Motel 6 Macon, GA

"I an my family be here for about 3 week now an it's good I have a roof over my son head I'm still looking for a place to live"

"This is literally the worst hotel I've ever been to. I would sleep in my car before staying at this place. The First room that they tried to give us was allegedly a non smoking room, but reeked of smoke. The bigger issue, though, was the broken door lock and door that would not close all of the way. In fact, the door was just hanging open when we got to it. We then made the mistake of giving them the chance to give us a different room. We didn't even go into that one, though, because we could see through the open curtain that it was dirty. That's when we decided to leave. Then, the guy at the counter didn't want to give us a refund! You couldn't pay me to stay there. This place should be bulldozed."

"Do not go here… Inch long, European cockroaches, and about three or four other different types of roaches… Very nerve-racking so after a shower and a quick nap, I was on the road again… The room seemed normal at first, and then the creatures along with the Nats Started coming out from everywhere especially from behind and underneath the refrigerator and underneath and inside the microwave… The bathroom and the small area outside the bathroom door was just ridiculous… I left in a hurry, and upon returning my card key, I informed the desk clerk that he needed to call an exterminator and he acted surprised about the situation… He acted as if he had never heard anything like that before and never once said that he was sorry or sorry about the situation or anything just looked at me puzzled… I thought " I"was a bad actor!"

"First room not furnished Returned to get a new room and room's electronic key would not work. Had to get an old fashion key to open up room. Refrigerator not working. Staff friendly and tried to help. Beds comfortable and room clean. Price right"

"This was the nastiest room I’ve ever come across. I’m wondering about the staff also! 1st I was given a room that had an employee LIVING in it. The 2nd room was DIRTY. My final room was nasty as well but the beds were made and clean and we just needed to sleep. The bathroom had pee stains on the side of the toilet, a ring around the tub, the towels looked dingy and brown. All the employees are sitting around in a car smoking like they’re having a party. This place is the GHETTO spot. The maintenance or security guy is on some kind of drugs and needs to be in a rehabilitation center. I stayed Oct 27-28, 2023 and will NEVER stay at a Motel6 again bc of this place."
