"The room was nice and clean but Jetted tub didn't work properly which was a big con for us. The pool and heated jacuzzi was nice also but way too much chlorine. Breakfast was delicious and the original rate was decent. Very unhappy about an additional charge on my card because of a few food stains they claim wouldn't come up. No room service the morning we woke up to replace towels or anything. It was a basic nice experience but if you want to lay down and eat in bed don't do it here."

"We stayed at the Best Western in Macon, GA EXIT 167. We were so pleased. It was dog friendly, clean, good breakfast, great price and very friendly service. We will definitely go back. Do not hesitate to stay there!!! Kathy W."

"Great stay for a great value. The outside of the building is clean and updated. The king room is large with a couch and desk with office chair. Bed and TV with a console containing a microwave and fairly large mini fridge in a room with a small partition wall. The sink for the bathroom is outside of the toilet and shower room. Large closet with a full-length mirror as the door. The bathroom shower is recently updated and nice design and is super clean, with no mold or dirt. The bed was a bit firmer than I'm used to but it was still good. The pillows were better than I'd had at other hotels. They were a bit plumper and firmer than I've had at other hotels even more moderate-priced hotels. I was thankful for that. Despite being an old hotel, the room felt up-to-date and fairly modern except for no USB charging ports.  The air conditioner worked well and was one of the quietest I've heard of the typical wall unit styles. The hotel was quiet overall, didn't hear much noise outside. Cons: No elevator for the 2nd floor. I could slightly hear the TV in the next room, which was on all night and morning."

"Pleasantly surprised by this location. Bonuses: In-door pool and hot tub. Workout room. Breakfast was okay, not spectacular. Towels and bedding clean. Room overall was modern. Minuses: Carpets dirty. Room chair and settee dirty. Easy to clean, so no excuse. The breakfast "cook" didn't want to be there - very obvious. Would stay here again, but only with shoes on. lol"

"This was a good hotel overall. I got a room with a “jet tub” in it. Worked great. Some of the reviews say you can smell mildew but I couldn’t in my room. Carpet and couch were stained and the carpet wasn’t contentedly clear. Walking barefoot my feet were turning slightly black and I could feel little pieces of dirt on my feet. They need to get a carpet scrubber or pay a company to do it. Shower head didn’t work complexly right but it was good enough. People were really nice and the tv microwave and refrigerator worked fine. Pool was a nice temperature and the spa works as well. If you don’t need top of the line luxury this hotel is a good choice as an affordable option. Just wear socks in the room maybe"
