Holiday Inn Express & Suites Macon North, an IHG Hotel

"The room was freezing no matter what adjustments we made to the thermostat (had it up to 74 degrees). Our neighbors above us and next door had children who were either screaming and crying or running around in their rooms until after 11pm (well after considerable "quiet hours"). We called the front desk to complain and also spoke WTH the upstairs neighbors but to no avail. I hope to avoid this hotel in the future."

"Very clean, newer property. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. No complaints with hotel property. Only downside was not the hotels fault... it was a bit difficult to pull out of the street onto main road. Steep incline and lots of traffic."

"Nice and quiet property with well-appointed rooms and a friendly staff. Lots of ample parking. One word of caution for guests - the hill leading to the property and back onto the street is treacherous. It's very difficult to see oncoming traffic barreling towards you. A stoplight would be most welcome."

They went out of their way to make our family feel like their family and every time we come through here we will stop here and stay. Very professional. This place has the cleanest rooms and all of the Holiday Inn and every other hotel I’ve ever stayed in."
