Tru by Hilton Macon North

"Newer hotel located in North Macon. Close to shopping and some food places. Macon is a smaller city so dining is somewhat limited to me who hails from a big city where dining options are endless. I miss the carpeted floors since the hotel has wood flooring throughout but I feel like the wood floors are MUCH cleaner. I actually saw housekeeping scrubbing floors, which was a very pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're looking for an comfortable, clean and affordable stay this is your place!!"

"This Tru comparing to others we stayed is amazing! Service is wonderful, you feel very welcome and taken care of. After check-in I received text messages from the reception desk offering assistance and asking if there is anything we need. It is not our first time staying there. Hotel is aging well, it is clean and exactly what we expect from Hilton."

"Great atmosphere and clean environment! Staff super helpful and my room was super spotless. Its my favorite new hotel to stay at now.. Breakfast was the unbelievable for a hotel. Super dog friendly and they have a really big area to walk your dog. HIGHLY Recommended.."

"Like all Tru brand hotels, the rooms were clean and nice. My poor review comes from the behavior of the staff. To start our visit we received a call at 11:15 at night to ask us if we’d brought the luggage cart down, so not a great feeling getting woken up after a long drive because a staff member can’t keep track of their luggage cart. The next morning we were greeted by two incredibly rude front desk girls. Breakfast was cold. Then to top it off, I walk into the parking lot to see a front desk girl leaned up against our brand new car smoking weed with what I can assume was her boyfriend. I have stayed at 100’s of hotels in the past few years as I travel for business. This is the first bad review I’ve ever left. The hotel itself is in a great location. The rooms are great. The staff is horrible, management either needs to start doing their job or be replaced."

"The rooms are very clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a fun type of place they have a pool table in the lobby. To make things even better my name was on the TV when I entered the room which was pretty cool."
