"Baddddddddddddddddddd for business my mother did everything In completing the application got approved new management lady called her showed her the apartment then around July 12, 2019 aneshia which is unprofessional rude they make up rules day to day well she called had my mom bring over the deposit gave her the apt # and building she would be moving into then around July 13.14 gave my mom the impression that the place was not gonna be ready so agreed for my mom to move in middle of August then I called to ask about the apartment for someone else they say you have to be present to fill out a application even though they were from out of state wanting to move there so they would have to come alllll the way here just to fill out a application so if there were any questions they would be present which I found absurd cause my mom was present and still they cause a very very very bad hiccups so while I was inquiring about my friends I asked about my mother come to find out they gave her apartment away said they tried calling which they didn’t no message no correspondence in the mail nothing so had I not called my mom was under the impression she was moving in middle of August and at the time she applied there WAS NO WAITING LIST in place now after making deposit getting apt number she gotta go bck on list which was none at that time property Mgr didn’t know about her deposit in which she took from her no documentation that’s why my mom is not in the place cause aneshia called her saying one thing but it’s another I’m very upset cause my mom PAID FOR MOVERS to bring her things from another state and no apartment and again HAD so NOT CALLED REGARDING ABOUT SOMEONE when was my mom going to know oh property Mgr states “ they don’t hold apartment “ then y did you take a deposit so now my mom has to WAIT on her DEPOSIT which she should not have to Oh WHAT a mess no professionalism miscommunication poor management please cross your dots and your T dealing with them but the Only Good Thing is Ms MATTIE Pruitt she makes it happened I only wished my mom could have gotten everything done WHILE she was STILL in OFFICE. A shame before GOD. ASHTON HILL APARTMENTs"

"For the pass two months my mama has had little to no water pressure. I have been bringing her clothes to my house to wash and her over here to shower. She has been getting the run-around from the complex. Her water bill has been $80 plus for the last two months almost tripled the normal amount. I have called she has called. So this week they finally got it fixed. I called and asked for a reduction in her rent (I personally think a months rent would be fair) to try and off set the water bill an inconvenience for the last two months. The property manager and I quote "that's not going to happen". So where to go from her? I am livid at the moment. You know if you can't do your job and it takes two months to get plumbing issues fixed this may not be the best job for you."
