"Stay away from this dump. Terrible management. Almost a non existent management team. There’s never anyone at all in the leasing office on sight. Roaches. Always car break ins or gunshots happening. My girlfriend had a bullet go through her bedroom window one night into the wall across from the window. Leasing office still charged her for the broken blinds after move out. Blinds that were broken from the bullet that went through her window. Do not waste your time and money with this place. Please trust me. Total nightmare of an apartment complex. Management is non existent pretty much."

"The fact that it’s nearly 100 degrees outside everyday and my air conditioner doesn’t work properly is insane even at 50 still doesn’t blow out cold air only warm air which makes the apartment feel like a sauna. Not to mention my mailbox key doesn’t work so I can even receive mail"
