"We love this place. It has new owners and they are right on top of anything that is needed to be done. Maintenance is awesome! Courtyard is beautiful, lawn is well maintained. We can sit in the courtyard at night and watch deer walk through. Well lit at night and absolutely beautiful! Nice neighbors, quiet area, lots of history all around. Right down from historic Jackson Springs Park. This is a true hidden gem in apartment living."
