"My fiance and I moved out of apartment #620 in the month of September, 2023. The day that our lease was up, we did a walk through with the apartment manager. We were told we would get our FULL deposit back after doing the walk through of the apartment. A whole month later, we received not even half of the deposit, after living there for two years. I reached out and was told that they didn't have the same paperwork that we did, stating it was more than what the check was for that they had sent in the mail. I was told to email a copy of the paperwork sating our deposit was more than what was sent. I did that, never heard anything back. I have called multiple times and sent emails regarding this. No one ever picks up. I have as well left messages. Y'all always got your rent money, but I can't even get our deposit back, after doing a walk through, sending the paperwork stating the amount, leaving messages, emails, calling, etc... I guess I will be coming to the office on my day off this week to get this handled. Getting someone to pick the phone up at this place, even while we lived there, was always impossible. Customer service is truly non-existent."

"You know it’s trash when they website doesn’t even exist…. Like come on, I’m trying to find an apartment and your website is non existent. I definitely believe all the bad reviews. That’s just sad."

"I have not been satisfied so far. At move in, there were so many issues in my apartment. I have never had that happen. The staff is friendly. The apartments should be maintained better. Also, there is a lot of loud music playing. That' is a huge problem and if I had known that, I would have NEVER LOOK THIS WAY. it is rude and inconsiderate and a trigger for some. Most apartments do not tolerate loud music playing"

"Please Please Please avoid this place. I have had so much good experience with this apartment and I wanted to keep the contract. But as other people mentioned in this review, when you already have the contract with them they treat you poorly. The maintenance people is simply amazing here but the office lady Susan, who called herself as manager can simply yell at you and pretend she doesn't understand what I was say. That almost gave me an impression that she judged based on my accent and treated me like I could not understand. This is simply insulting. They did not provide basic information to the tenant but they still dare to say it is what it is, so either take it or not. This lady is simply amazing. Please consider if you are thinking about moving in this apartment. You will be treated poorly."

"Our family loves living here. We actually started out in a furnished apartment since we were moving from out of state. When our belongings came, we decided to keep staying here. Everyone is very nice and supportive in the office and with maintenance. We never have issues with people being loud or partying, which is great because we have a one year old. It's in a good spot of town and near the back of a neighborhood so it's quiet. Definitely recommend this place!"
