"I’m currently sitting inside my apartment with no power due to a bad breaker that was supposedly fixed today. Called emergency maintenance four times and got no response. How’s that for customer service, take my advice from a long time resident here this place has gone downhill. I would suggest finding another apartment community to rent from and don’t waste your time looking here. I see more folks moving out than moving in now I know why."

"Warning: Don't trust positive reviews here. The office staff offered me incentives to leave positive reviews!!! I can talk about this apartment all day. I lived there for 2 years and the experience was horrible. I am pretty reasonable and always try to work things out but you can't with this apartment/management. Roaches, poor maintenance, unreasonable rent increase, just name it. Before I left they increased rent from $1750 to $2,015 to test if I would fall for it. When I said I would rather leave, they offered me $1725 lol. I still left because I found something way better nearby. Every tenant deserves to live in a safe and conducive home, not just the compound looking good. My advise, before taking this apartment, please check others. You would think this is good until you look around. Everyone is leaving, 5 people left my block same week I left. They are also a cheat, they would come up with every excuse to not give back your deposit."
